He specialises in bridging research with practice in the field of learning science. With a background of 7 years running a non-profit equitable education program in NZ, he is passionate about educating at scale, and his teachings receive millions of monthly views on social media. Justin leads the research and development, product development, and innovation initiatives of iCanStudy.

Michael is an experienced education consultant, business coach, and speaker. Over the last 15 years, he has created multiple education start-ups and headed the training and development departments across numerous organisations. His mission is to help learners develop the skills and growth mindset needed to thrive in today's competitive, ever-evolving world. Michael leads the business strategy and growth for iCanStudy.

Ashton is a former secondary school mathematics teacher and private educator. After years of teaching, he realised that student learning had been compromised in favour of teaching to an outdated curriculum. He eventually co-founded a leading Australian education company and spearheaded the teaching and learning program for over 5000 students entering medicine and dentristry degrees. Ashton leads our student engagement efforts to ensure that every learner receives the support they need on their learning journey.

Leo is an International Education Consultant & School Support and Evaluation Officer for the prestigious Council of International Schools. As a former school leader, writer, and trusted educator with over 20 years of experience in schools worldwide, Leo is passionate about work that 'helps people help people learn and grow'. He regularly consults and delivers workshops all around the world. Leo leads our educational partnership initiatives, connecting institutions globally with iCanStudy.

Archer is the Senior Manager of Business Operations and a learning coach for iCanStudy. Archer's deep interest and expertise in operational and team efficiency allow him to efficiently lead iCanStudy's operations across our range of complex initiatives. Archer also consults on operations management and optimisation in other organisations, including Fortune 100 companies. Academically, he is a top-of-state, nationally-ranked academic, multi-award recipient in Australia, and a consecutive recipient of the Chancellor's Letter for top achievement at Flinders University.

Irisha is the Operations Coordinator for iCanStudy. She oversees operational activities, manages daily tasks, and project manages to ensure that everything functions smoothly. She works with the leadership team to optimise operational processes and workflows and ensure that the company meets its goals efficiently and effectively. Irisha is dedicated to empowering our community of members so they can achieve their education goals. Her exceptional organisational skills help the team change the world!

Jennifer has almost a decade of experience working with practitioners and decision-makers within the healthcare and education fields. In her role at iCanStudy, she collaborates with teachers and principals worldwide to help them overcome challenges in helping learners acquire 21st-century learning skills. Jennifer is all about developing meaningful bonds with educators at schools and universities empowering them to create massive impact for their students. Her unwavering dedication has been instrumental in helping iCanStudy transform the global education landscape.

Derrick is a program alumnus studying medicine at Monash University, Melbourne. He is a global IB top ranker, with scores exceeding the highest grade by over 20% in some subjects. Derrick has sustained top 10% grades in medical school while heavily involved in various university and musical clubs and committees.

Louis is a program alumnus, top-level academic performer, and current optometry student at the Queensland University of Technology. He is a talented musician and a member of multiple healthcare programs and associations in Australia.

Nourhan is an English Education graduate and experienced former English teacher. She is passionate about combating misinformation around education that she commonly saw in her home country of Egypt.

Stephanie is a program alumnus and scholarship recipient at Monash University School of Pharmacy. In addition to a high distinction average at university, she has had numerous leadership positions in local and national-level pharmacy educational initiatives.

Arnav is a program alumnus and national top 0.75% achiever. He is currently pursuing a double degree in a Bachelor of Science and Secondary Education. Arnav is also passionate about creating impact through social media, assisting with iCanStudy's content creation.

Priscilla is a program alumnus and distinction graduating scholar educated in Shanghai, USA, and Spain. After graduating Cum Laude at the University of Florida in Psychology, she is now completing a degree in Dentistry.

Lubhna is a program alumnus and BA Hons Political Science graduate. In addition to achieving 97% for CBSE and becoming a district topper, she published a book, "Stepping Stones: Taking Towards the Goal" at 16 years old.

Kamna is a PhD researcher at the University of Delhi's Department of English, exploring the lives and writings of Dalit women in India. She has also led learning inclusion and accessibility projects in Delhi and presented at numerous national and international institutions. Kamna received the Indo-German Partnership DAAD Fellowship and was awarded the UGC Junior Research Fellowship after achieving in the top 0.11 percentile in the NET exam.

Anne has a Masters in Computer Systems and is completing a PhD in Business Innovation Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She has over a decade of lecturing experience and is the founder of Women in Blockchain for Women Inclusion (WBW). With a diverse background in technology leadership, Anne is now passionate about pursuing her next chapter in education and self-regulated learning.

Divej is a program alumnus and practising litigation lawyer in Bombay. He was a batch topper in CIE AS & A2, graduated with a Bachelor of Law with Highest Distinction from the University of Mumbai and was the 5-time winner of the Best Student Advocate of Law Award. In 2023, he achieved an All-India rank of 14 out of 100,000+ in the post-graduate LLM entrance exam.
